The rooms at Casa Mary are bright and spacious with balconies offering beautiful views of both the lake and the mountains. We enjoyed spending time at Bar il Molo, which is just a pleasant stroll away from the apartment, and they serve great drinks. We had a wonderful stay in Varenna very close to ferries and restaurants, Bellagio and Menaggio and train station and Old Town. It was excellent to the ferry port in Varenna.

The location is great, only a short walk from the train station, and we would definitely book again after our 4-night stay, everything was perfect except for the rainy weather.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Casa Mary. The apartment was in a perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from the ferry and the village center. The views from all the windows were absolutely amazing. Despite the 46 steps to reach the apartment, the breathtaking views made it all worthwhile. The apartment itself was lovely, well-equipped, and offered great value for money. The owner, Mary, was very accommodating and even provided a ride from the station. I had a wonderful experience at Casa Mary and would highly recommend it for a visit to Lake Como.

The apartment was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with personal touches like fresh flowers and a welcome gift. the location right on the lakefront was perfect, and the top floor balcony provided amazing views and a sense of privacy. the apartment was also well-equipped and just a short stroll from the boat landing stage.

The staff went above and beyond, picking us up and dropping us off at the train station, and allowing us to store our luggage for the day even after we checked out. They were incredibly kind and hospitable.

The breakfast menu could use an improvement, maybe by adding a wider variety of options.

The location was unbeatable - just a 2-minute walk from the train station and ferry terminal, with a beautiful view of the lake. the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, even meeting us at the train station despite a delay. the apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including convenient onsite parking. We enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and shops, and it was a great base for exploring Varenna and Lake Como. Cons: Nothing to fault 👌.
